Return & Exchange

All the orders go through multiple quality check processes before they are delivered to you, so we ensure that the quality of the product being delivered to you is of the optimum standard. An exchange of product(s) will be available only in case of manufacturing defect(s). The buyer is advised to make the video while opening the package and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery in case of a request for exchange of product. Exchange is not applicable for the wrong product ordered.

Conditions for Exchange:

-The product must be unused.

-The product can only be exchanged with the same model.

-Buyer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of a defective product.

-The video proof of opening the package is mandatory for exchange.
